Description

This Blueberry Muffin Fudge is a delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy white chocolate with sweet condensed milk, dried blueberries, and blueberry muffin crumbs for a unique and flavorful treat. Perfectly sweet with a subtle fruity twist, this easy-to-make fudge is ideal for satisfying your dessert cravings without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed blueberry muffin crumbs (from 1 baked muffin or store-bought)

Topping (Optional)

  • Additional muffin crumbs
  • Additional dried blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt white chocolate mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously for about 5–7 minutes until the mixture is melted and smooth, ensuring it doesn’t scorch.
  3. Add flavorings: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt thoroughly to incorporate flavor evenly.
  4. Mix in blueberries and crumbs: Fold in the dried blueberries and crushed blueberry muffin crumbs until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour and top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with additional muffin crumbs and dried blueberries if desired, gently pressing them into the surface so they stick.
  6. Chill to set: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours or until the fudge is fully firm and set.
  7. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper edges. Cut into 16 squares and serve at room temperature for a softer texture or chilled for a firmer bite.

Notes

  • Freeze-dried blueberries can be used instead of dried blueberries for a more intense flavor and less chewiness.
  • Use any blueberry muffin, whether homemade or store-bought, to customize the flavor and texture.
  • For a softer fudge, let the pieces sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
