Instructions
- Warm Apple Juice: Place the apple juice in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Warm the juice gently without letting it boil, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating. Continue heating for about 10 minutes or until the temperature reaches between 130°F-160°F (54°C-71°C) as measured with a kitchen thermometer.
- Pour into Mug: Carefully ladle or pour the warmed apple juice into a heat-proof mug to prepare for flavoring and topping.
- Add Cinnamon Dolce Syrup: Stir in the cinnamon dolce syrup, starting with 1 tablespoon for a less sweet drink or 2 tablespoons for standard sweetness. Mix thoroughly to combine the flavors.
- Whip the Cream: Using a mixer or a whisk, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. While whipping, add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract to sweeten and flavor the whipped cream perfectly.
- Top and Drizzle: Spoon the freshly whipped cream over the prepared apple spice drink. Slowly drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce over the whipped cream for an attractive presentation and a rich, sweet finish.
