  • 3 Persian cucumbers, roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp lime zest (about 1 medium lime)

  • 2 cups water

  3. Strain the mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a large bowl to remove pulp and achieve a smooth texture.
