- 3 Persian cucumbers, roughly chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2 cups water

- Blend everything: Add the honeydew melon cubes, chopped cucumbers, lime juice and zest, fresh mint leaves, kosher salt, and water into a high-speed blender.
- Blend thoroughly: Blend on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy and well combined.
- Strain the mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a large bowl to remove pulp and achieve a smooth texture.
- Store and chill: Transfer the strained melon cooler into a glass jar and refrigerate. Serve cold and consume within 3 days for the best flavor and freshness.
