- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Pinch of kosher salt

- Blend Until Frothy: Blend the mixture on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes frothy and well combined, ensuring a smooth and refreshing texture.
- Strain the Cooler: Pour the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp or solids, achieving a smooth, clear beverage.
- Store and Serve: Transfer the strained melon cooler into a glass jar and refrigerate. Serve chilled within 3 days for the best taste and freshness.

- Using a high-speed blender ensures a smoother texture and better mixing of flavors.
- Straining is optional but recommended for a clearer, pulp-free drink.
- Adjust the amount of lime and mint to taste for a more or less tangy and minty flavor.
- Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days to maintain freshness.
- For a fizzy version, add sparkling water before serving.
