Ingredients
Scale
Dough
- 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
Spinach Artichoke Dip Filling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Garnish (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a bundt pan to prepare for baking.
- Mix Dip: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Then fold in shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly combined.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Fill Dough: Place a spoonful of the spinach artichoke filling onto each square of dough. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to form small filled dough balls.
- Layer: Arrange the filled dough balls closely together in the greased bundt pan, building up an even layer.
- Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm for a fun, pull-apart appetizer.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach rather than frozen for best texture in the filling.
- For an extra cheesy flavor, add more mozzarella or Parmesan to the filling.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened to make mixing easier and achieve a creamy dip consistency.
- You can prepare the filling and dough balls ahead of time and refrigerate them until ready to bake.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce for added flavor options.
