Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 36 golden Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
Pudding Layer
- 1 box (3.3 oz) white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Topping
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, mix crushed golden Oreo cookies with melted butter until the mixture is evenly combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even crust layer.
- Make Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently to combine. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the Oreo crust in the baking dish. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 10 minutes to set.
- Prepare Pudding Layer: While the cream cheese layer chills, whisk the white chocolate pudding mix together with cold milk until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Once thickened, spread the pudding evenly over the chilled cream cheese layer.
- Add Toppings: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Then, evenly sprinkle the fresh or thawed and drained frozen blueberries on top. Garnish by sprinkling white chocolate chips over the blueberries for extra texture and flavor.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate the entire lasagna for at least 2 hours before serving, allowing the layers to firm up and the flavors to meld beautifully.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available, but be sure to thaw and drain them to prevent excess moisture.
- For an added touch of elegance and extra white chocolate flavor, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before chilling.
